Lovely walk, nice to take a picnic located by the lavender fields. Had a small play area by cafe for your little ones to play on. Great place to explore the local area, ideal for walkers, cycling or just enjoying the countryside, with an excellent cafe to round off the visit.

Lovely place to visit, plenty of routes to walk, shame about the road noise but still lovely woods with mostly flat ground. Plenty of parking, map and help centre in the car park, also has toilets which are very clean, cafés and garden centre not far away. Nice cafe in the garden centre to have a halfway break.Restrooms: Very clean and looked after, very surprised.Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly and plenty of walks on mostly flat groundPicnic area: Few picnic benches dotted around

Muddy after the heavy rain but a good place for a hilly walk if want one. Good views up and down the valley. £3.50 on a Sunday for parking

Safe for me and my dogs ?Beautiful views. Car parking is expensive, but we have an annual pass. Money goes towards upkeep of the areas..
