It’s our family tradition to visit Tom Bell before the fireworks event based in Edenbridge every year. It’s always a lovely treat, but gets extremely busy.

The worst experience ever. Starting with the fact that we have ordered and paid online, it was specified collection in 20 min, I got there in 25-30 min the guy was sitting outside and he didn’t even accept the order. waited 20 mins for a portion of chips and curry sauce, had to complain to get order .got offered my money back . were only interested in one enormous takeaway delivery order. i said tell customers when they have to wait that long so they have the option to go elsewhere . all customers were not happy being treated this way.... read full comment
