A perfect place for a visit to Hever Castle

Just round the corner from Heaver, pleasant walk either across the fields or on the road.
Absolutely fantastic food at good prices really friendly service and good rooms to match. Grounds of the restaurant are good and very private and relaxed.

Wonderful quiet hotel that exceeded our expectations by a mile.
Easy check in, lovely rooms- spotlessly clean, well furnished and decorated.
We had a ground floor accessible room that had French windows that opened onto a private patio and pleasant garden.
A very nice cooked to order breakfast and nothing seemed too much trouble for the couple that owned it.
We stayed a night for a local wedding but would definitely rebook when in the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay they allowed us a early check in as we were guest at wedding at Hever castle which was really grate was offered a breakfast which we didn?t have but smelt amazing friendly staff and it is so blissful and quiet would defiantly return thank you again.

Absolutely excellent. Lovely, welcoming people who couldn?t do enough to help us.
The restaurant was very cosy and atmospheric and the food was delicious too.
Our room was modern with plenty of space. We will definitely be back.

This isn't a pub any more, they've changed it to a smart restaurant and B&B. We went for dinner and I had the salmon and prawn linguine and sticky toffee pudding. Both absolutely superb - this is not really gastropub food, it's more of a fancy restaurant vibe, and the food was delicious. Not an unreasonable price at all given the high quality. The restaurant has a quiet vibe and is beautifully decorated, but it's definitely not casual dining and it's not at all geared towards young children. The beer selection was small but perfectly good; I think it's far more focussed on wine. Good place for a special occasion. Service was really polite and friendly and attentive. Can highly recommend.

My Husband and I had a two night stay here on the 6th to 8th of September 2024.
Despite being under a flight path, this place is a very peaceful and relaxing home away from home. Nothing was too much trouble. The owners are very lovely people with a great sense of humour. We had a cooked breakfast everyday, and a three course evening meal, there on our first night. Our food was beautiful, the service was great, the hotel is very clean, comfortable and well presented. It reminded me of a spa, especially with the soothing sounds in the restaurant. We had everything we required for our stay in the room.
We shall definitely be returning.

Just had a 2 night stay here with in-laws. We all enjoyed our stay here and it was very convenient for all the places we wanted to visit. Made to feel very welcome and all the meals were amazing.

We stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting the area. Cannot speak highly enough of the standard of our room, the excellent food and drinks, location and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. We had a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice evening meal here whilst staying at Hever Castle. The food was tasty and plentiful, the service friendly and helpful and the atmosphere relaxed. It's about a 5 minute drive, wouldn't walk it as it's down unlit, unpaved country lanes. Recommend eating here.
