I first came across Candle Spa products at the Kent County Show, Detling in 2022. Their products smell amazing & last for ages. Damson Plum & Patchouli is a firm favourite, gorgeous scent leaving your skin beautifully soft. I think it?s so important to support your local businesses. Keep up the good work ?

Gorgeous products. Never without the Rock salt and driftwood hand wash which leaves a beautiful smell on your hands. Also use the candles....lemongrass is a favourite...well done Candle Spa!

Took 2 weeks to process order. Messaged them on Facebook, no response on there despite it being read and lo and behold my order was processed the following day!

What relevance has winning a voucher and taking 10 months to use it (was valid for 12 months!) got to do with it?!
The voucher was overlooked due to life circumstances! Sorry for using my prize - not!
You did NOT respond to my message like I said in my review. Strange how the order was processed the day after my message - a sorry for the delay would have sufficed!
Also what relevance is the order being delivered 6 weeks ago?! Is it because I?ve taken that long to leave a review? I just re-found the invoice which reminded me.
With the snide remarks from the owner I?d DEFINITELY not recommend this company as customer service skills are non-existent.

Wow, the Reed Diffusers and Lotions are still smelling wonderful weeks after buying them!The fragrances are just so refreshingly different to all the others. Welldone Candlespa!

I was a fellow trader at an event with John of CandleSpa. After the event, he began following me on social media. He then proceeded to keep an eye on all my posts and everyone who had commented on them, contact my customers who had commented and attempt to poach their custom from my business by offering his own products over my own. Absolutely terrible company.
