Awful. Didn?t reorder medication that?s on a repeat prescription. Ran out of anti-epilepsy pills, didn?t offer to resolve the issue other than ?computer says no? attitude.Looking forward to riding out the next 24 hours of no medication putting life at risk because of their incompetency!

Extremely unhelpful pharmacy staff - when they are open that is. I have a pharmacy near where work in London and if I run out of meds, they will give me a strip until I get my next prescription rather than see me in pain. My 80 year old mother gets her prescription delivered the 1st of each month from Boots online and they had missed out her antibiotics as they didn't have any in stock, she emailed them on 12th December but has had no response whatsoever - she currently has a particularly nasty bout of diverticulitis so I took the prescription note saying she is owed these antibiotics and they didn't want to know - told me to call 111 which anyone knows at the moment takes hours to get through if you're lucky enough for them to answer. So thanks very much - my mother will now be ill all over Christmas and it's all thanks to the little Hitlers in the Pharmacy at this branch! Hope you all enjoy your Christmas though after all that's all that matters isn't it. My mother was an RGN caring and looking after people most of her working life until retiring at 68 and that was only because she had to as she has osteoporosis and just couldn't manage the lifting involved any more. I thought people that went into medicine did it to help people.....how wrong I was, you are an absolute disgrace!!!

Awful. Always opening late. I can understand they are understaffed but it?s also unfair on people who need medication. Can?t wait around for hours when you don?t live in the town waiting for it to open. So unbelievably frustrating. The woman initially came out and said it would be 10/15 mins and now an hour.

This branch is so understaffed that they are closing early every day but not the same time every day! Sometimes they are closing at 4pm, sometime 4.30 and sometimes 5pm. When you call to ask them what time they are closing that day, they never pick up and the call rings off. Its infuriating if you work 9-5 and need to pick up your medication as you have no idea if you will ever be able to collect it. They close at lunch time so I can't even collect then. Please, sort out your staffing because I will no longer get my medication sent to Boots as I cannot rely on them to be open for me to collect it!!!Update 30.09.2022 - Now only opening at 9.30 am - officially closed from 12:30 - 2:30 for lunch and then closing again at 4! Open for a maximum of 4.5 hours a day, but today they locked the doors early at 12:10 due to the queue and refused to help anyone at the door, just told them to leave and come back at 2:30, even someone who had already been told to come earlier only to find the doors locked!!! This isn't new, this problem has been getting steadily worse for months. Truly, truly awful. Use Paydens opposite as I have never seem them close early and make sure you tell your GP to change your appointed pharmacy to somewhere...anywhere else!!!

I have a repeat prescription and should be notified by txt when it's ready for collection . In the last few months ithe texts have not been sent, I have to go in person and ask if my medication is here? Yes , after looking at the screen. After waiting at least 20mins it was found. Today not only could I not ring, the whole pharmacy was shut!!

I have called boots 15 times today. The phone is just left ringing until it timed out. Have complained to HO. All I want is confirmation that my prescription is ready for collection as I have a friend offering to collect it, but don?t want her to have a wasted journey.

The staff at Edenbridge branch are very nice, helpful and professional but there is not enough of them. The staff they have got are working so hard and it's not fair on them. I would award 5 stars for the staff and 1 star for the area manager or whomever is responsible for the branch at national level. There was a big queue of customers getting frustrated and the staff were working flat out. Boots management need to address this or they will lose the good staff they do have, I am sure. This is not a one off, it is always the same in this busy branch.There is a distinct lack of stock too. This is the second time I have not been able to get the Boots own no. 7 branded item I want.
