Great experience with this company. Julie was very prompt in providing a detailed quote with options. She called around personally with samples and used her experience to make suggestions. Although we dithered over choosing our flooring, she was happy to wait and allow us to come to the right decision. Fitting was excellent and as it was a whole upstairs three fitters came and helped with all the furniture removal and replacing. Delighted with the overall finish, quality and value for money. Highly recommended.

Worst company in gravesend AVOID AVOID AVOID ! I requested a simple quote to remove laminate in one bedroom and replace laminate. I requested this quote via email or for someone to come out and give me a price. I sent all the photos measurement and even after multiple chaser emails and calls 7 days later i was sent nothing. I was told i would get the price via email and would not need someone to come and then Julia told me via email i would need to call back in the new year. Worst company out there!
