Though there is some waiting, the staff are super friendly and help and guide you to the right product and serve up to mark. Always recommended but I hope the wait time is somehow reduced.

I visited the store today with an older technophobic friend of mine who was needing to change their old 3G SIM card into a new 4G enabled SIM and new (data free) phone.
