went in nobody there, then a woman appears asked if she had expandable watch strap her comment was I need the watch, took watch off and being helpful said there's a lever there and she replied you trying to tell me how to do my job I've been doing this for over 10 years never even...

You'd think Timpson would be good at cutting keys, but I've just had my sixth visit on account of paying £9 for a key that does not work at all. This would be bad enough, but the customer service offered at this store is atrocious. The woman I've had to deal with has the grace and manners of a spoilt toddler.
