A standard Tesco experience as far as shopping was concerned but I used the accessible toilet and it was revolting.
The overwhelming smell of urine was only slightly explained by needing to clean the seat myself prior to use and the whole reason I use the accessible cubicle in the first place was for the grab rail due to arthritis in my hips, however I wasn?t going to be touching that thank you. I made it back to standing with pain and discomfort but without incident.
Had I had a mishap, it was comforting to see the revolting not-very-red-anymore cord was well out of reach by both being too short, and hooked over the soap dispenser so no danger of contracting an illness from it whilst I waited to be found by chance.
I really do feel in such a large store, with lots of concessions and even a restaurant, that the toilet facilities need more care and attention.

Trying to buy tobacco, first time I've been ID'd in 10 years. I guess she's just doing her job, but I'm very very clearly over 25. Was shopping with my mum, got told she couldn't sell it to her either. As I didn't have ID but she did. There is doing your job and there is being an utter jobs worth & Karen.

At approx 10 am This morning I broke down in the roundabout next to Tesco Whitfield . Two staff members saw me and came across and pushed my car round the roundabout and into car park so I was safe . Thank you so much that was above and beyond kindness and help to a customer .

Great shop. The gluten free section is big. You have lots to choose from. A bit more expensive than Aldi or Morrisons in town but definitely have more choices too.
