This is the restaurant I used for lunch during my trip to Dover. This is a family restaurant that also serves as the hotel restaurant next door. You can taste British cuisine relatively inexpensively compared to restaurants in downtown London. The waitress was quite friendly and the food tasted good. And parking is free for restaurant users.

I love staying here as the staff are brilliant and always look after you especially Sam and Dawn always look after me and they are a credit to your company and people should be recognised for being great at their job. Thank you see you again soon x

For breakfast we were greeted by Dawn, who was incredibly polite and welcoming. I rarely leave reviews but felt the need to, just to compliment Dawn for her hospitality and kindness. The food is par for the course for premier inn and the atmosphere is fine. The location is ideal for travellers using the ferry port.
Vegetarian options: You can request quorn sausages or fake bacon
Parking: Parking is £3 per night for hotel guests or free for users of the restaurant. This is a new charge unfortunately as parking used to be free at this hotel. At least it is not too pricey compared to some other places. It is also pay on arrival and payment is made via a machine next to the hotel/restaurant entrance which accepts cash or card including contactless. No need to display a ticket as the site uses automatic number plate recognition (ANPR). We found the system simple and quick.

Rude staff cold dinner bottomless cold potato's beef was frozen cold veg when u booked at 2 got there at 1.45 young girl staff was brilliant she's lovely but the women that owns it or some what was rude!!! Dissatisfied £2for runny water cheese my so n ordered tortilla chips the cream was runny if u think more on ur food then ur attitude ur cook better and habe better reviews

Wanted a meal out with the family, went to table table as described as a family restaurant. Waited to be seated for 10-15 mins no staff around only seemed to be 2 staff members on the whole shift?
I got my food? warm not hot.. and only ate half as I noticed it didn?t taste right. Got home and then there my entire dinner up? not impressed and don?t know to go back? also limited menu as stuff isn?t available. Also very empty not a lot of customers?

Really really disappointed with the food on this reduced menu, we were asked at check in if we needed a table for dinner, any mention of this? No ? we then went up to our room and looked at all the displayed menus, really appetising/appealing etc and chose 2 items from festive menu, arrived checked in at restaurant, 1st time of being made aware of reduced menu, not a very friendly welcome either but like most people no doubt shoulder shrug and try anyway, so from an A4 piece of paper chose sausage and mash which arrived swamped in thick bisto, mash somewhere submerged, bullet petit pois and 3 insipid under cooked sausages, was awful, no one in there, waitress looking very cagey about the situ having brought the meal to us and questioning her tip no doubt, the bill for the quality and amount of food was really so expensive, no percentage off for this evening meal situation, we should have been told at check in about this, please be aware before you get booked in for this underwhelming meal experience, there is some food available but obviously having to save it for the Christmas day set meal apparently

we had a fantastic meal here on Sunday We had been let down by a different restaurant and the marine court staff came to our rescue. my husband really wanted a roast dinner and he was not disappointed the portion sizes were amazing and the food tasted fantastic. I know the staff here have been taking a lot of abuse about their limited menu but they are really focused on giving all there customers the best service and experience with the food they do have. my family and I certainly were not disappointed with ours the portions were amazing and it all tasted fantastic and my son has found a new love for BBQ smothered chicken. thank you to all the staff here you are all fab and we will be back ???????????? xxx

Food was cold, pizza can with wrong toppings 1 meal was completely missed off the order won't be coming again. Waitress was lovely though. Running around serving all on her own

Kayleigh was a lovely waitress, service with a smile and very accommodating. This was one of the best meals our party had had at this restaurant
