Very Weird Experience... Ordered on the app and tried to collect my order. Was told they have no order for me and looked very confused? Eventually after a 10 minute wait they found my order ( relief ). When building my order they shouted across the restaurant asking if I wanted it toasted. As requested on the time of ordering on the app. I want what I ordered. And staff were very in experienced and not very friendly. Never had issues in a subway before. Stay away. Also felt very judged for no reason what so ever AVOID!

Always busy and never had an issues with the staff. Always make a decent sub and clean. The manager is very customer oriented and polite. The only subway that does vegan cheese I've found so try to get here for a sub.

Lady that was serving me gave me proper attitude, asked for pickles and olives and ended up getting jalapeños that she thought were peppers didnt even ask for the peppers anyways who knows what she thought I meant but I had repeated myself, none of the workers helped the lady serving me not sure if she was new or not. The staff weren't welcoming either. Dirty as well. Not happy.

Some of best sandwiches in dover are made here wether it's for lunch breakfast or even dinner subway has your back covered with great prices and healthy selection of your most favourite greens and or meat yoy can't go wrong

Subway no longer allows you to customise your sandwich. The 'have it your way' era has ended and you can't change your bread type. I miss being in control of what I order and eat.

Unhappy with subway .manager was asked to toast the foot long wasn't toasted there was 3 small slices ham on the foot long 2 small pieces of lettuce and 2 gharkins dribble of sauce he wasn't nice to be served from and needs to control his attitude in from of the customers shouting and arguing with his staff , food was terrible wasn't impressed visiting Dover to day and getting lunch from there

I was served by Nina and she makes sub very well.Moreover, I visited at closing time still she took an extra effort and made my order. Her patience is highly appreciated. Thank you Nina. Will visit this subway again??.

So I bought a subway from just eat and one of the things I bought was steak nachos so when it came I noticed instantly that infact its not steak nachos but instead it was just cheese nachosWhen I ask for something I expect to receive that which I've asked for also id like to speak to one of the subway staff when I ring up but I didn't get either so I will not be ordering from there againYou've just lost out on my custom

12/12/22 went to Dover subway at 7 and I was closed why say it?s open till 8 but close it before.

Absolutely shocking !!! Barely any filling in the baguette missing items from the order aswell? 2x footlong subs £20.73 bag charge on top and delivery charge!!! Never again will I use this service ??

I?ve been coming to this branch for several years, infrequently - but it really appears to have gone downhill. The lady that ?served? me was beyond rude - ?YES?? was the greeting I got, after she finished fiddling around with the online orders that appear to take precedence. One of the two other words in her vocabulary was ?toasted??. I said ?no thank you?, and she proceeded to try and toast it anyway. I got an eye roll for reminding her that I didn?t want it toasted. Back to ?YES?? again for my choice of salad, and then ?sauce?? - which she did thankfully get correct. The person on the till was more friendly and the food was ok, so I chose to give two stars. Seriously though, don?t just rely on online orders and please get that young lady (re)trained ASAP!
