My son went to subway to get us a salad each. I always get salad here and im thanet and they are usually filled up in the box good portion , today he was given the smallest portions the boxes looked almost like they had been half eaten already! Unsure if its because he wa young so didn't speak up or not. Also he asked for pepperoni on his and she put two slices on??? Unacceptable for the price and a real shame.

The 2 guys serving us were rude and constantly trying to upsale and charge us more wouldn't do us 6 inch rolls only foot longs and wouldn't listen to use. Along with laughing and joking about other customers.

We drive past subway quite often and yesterday we decided.. it's time to eat you! Lol ? I had the legendary chicken - foot long - with honey oatmeal bread and some sexy smokey barbecue sauce which was just scrumptious,
The wife ordered a tex Mexican which was blimmin spicy, I had a bit and was like ahahaha mines better than yours nanaaanaa, lol but she preferred hers.. kept banging on about how good it was lol.
Prices have defo gone up since my last visit which was like a decade ago lol.
But very nice and clean store, carpark is tiny though,
Oh yeah also ordered a bottled drink which came with a cookie so I got the chocolate one which was amazing. My wife got some smarties one I think I dno I didn't pay attention to hers lol was too busy eating mine ?.
All in all great location, great atmosphere, kind staff, hi five.
Parking: You won't miss it

Had to be reminded of correct ingredients for the sandwich, then told me 50% off didn?t mention one sandwich was 50% so obviously questioned this then sat down and had to clean my own table first whole restaurant is dirty and needs a good clean shambles

Today (29/04/2024)I brought a sandwich and coffee from whitefild subway,Dover.I am very much appreciate to them for their work as their response to customer is so rapid,professional,attentive,more caring and maintaining appropriate hygiene.Specially SHAM,PAYEL,PREET who were worked at that time.I hope their hard working attitude will improve subway?s reputation.

we got some sandwich fartists over here!! i have visited MANY subway restaurants in my day, more than i would be willing to admit, but this is by far the WORST i have ever had the disgrace of visiting - and i?m from liverpool! SHAMBOLIC staff should be ashamed of themselves - they close the store at least 45 minutes early and refuse to let anyone in, and are being paid to sit around and do nothing. disgusting and should not be tolerated. on the rare occasion you are allowed inside to order, food is the standard subway affair - nothing special. i don?t see why you feel the need to gatekeep your middle of the road sandwiches this much? bizzare and jarring behaviour. i have contacted your regional manager yippee

The management of this place is shocking. Every time you come in here. They tell you to wait 5 minutes so they can clean the oven or bake a cookie or something stupid. They are never ever ready to take orders. Then when they do. There is always at least one or 2 meats that the ?haven?t taken order of?. Most of them can barely speak English. Just an over all embarrassing experience. Do better Subway. Ffs. It?s a sandwich. It?s not that hard
