I don't normally write reviews for places but today I wanted to praise the staff at the till and the manager called Matt. We had a tricky situation with a pair of shoes bought from this store and Matt went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Matt listened carefully to everything we had to say and found a reasonable solution, making sure that we left happy and assured with the pair of shoes we needed swapping due to a product error and simple human error. Thank you for your time, patience and excellent customer service guys at sports direct! Will be happy to buy from here again soon.

Stood for 10minutes with a shoe in my hand, 3 members of staff walked past me and totally ignored me, store was relatively empty. Lost a sale.

Just been sworn at by the manager infront of my son. He got trainers yesterday for his birthday and they were squeaking. Same pair we had at Christmas with no issues then. Manager said not interested from word go. I had original box, paper inside. Just wanted to exchange but no. Told us to #### off out of his store and in front of customers and school kids. I didn't raise my voice once but I was shaking when I left. Customer services said they can't help with store matters.

Decent variety of stuff. More geared towards clothing but do have smaller sporting equipment. Staff can be a bit hit and miss but generally helpful and finally open some more tills, perhaps some kind of radio system to call help?

It's like aldi or lidl, cheaper versions of the stuff you get in JD or Footlocker. Not quite the same quality, but good if you're looking for a nice look

Enjoy very much staying in this hotel, great spacious room , grade 1 listed building . Rooms could be little bit upgraded special toilet. Staff were friendly and helpful.
