i am dissatisfied with my experience, the rude man at the counter kicked us out for forgetting our money. he said to not bother coming back . you have lost a loyal customer. terrible service! ??

We went in to go buy food, money in hand, yet the man working at the till, rudely showed us the snacks, and whilst we were looking, he kicked us out, and told us not to come back. 1/10, appalling customer service in here.

Great in here from fresh hot food (gotta try the potatoe dog) to fresh bread. Staff are always friendly and up for a chat and a giggle

the staff are unkind and unfriendly and food/drink is overpriced. with the tango iceblast machine, it cost £5 just for the cup and £4.75 for a refill, when if this was a good shop it would be free. this is ridiculous!
