First refueling in the UK after the ferry from France. Very convenient location. The price of fuel is reasonable. I would give 5 stars, but the condition of the toilet is simply terrible, so 3 stars maximum only for the location.
Dirty, some of the hand washing taps do not work and there is no gel.
I have never seen this at other Shell gas stations; everything is orderly and clean.
Perhaps the leadership and management of Shell will intervene and correct the situation as they should be ashamed of such customer service ?

Shanti at Shell is now officially our new favourite person! When we arrived with only 3% battery and all our cards were rejected she did everything she could to help us - and then some. Way more than a customer could ever demand. The manager should be very proud of such an employee. She saved our day.

Dirty womens toilet and no toilet tissue. Mens toilet flooded. When I reported it, I was given a blank response and made to feel invisible.This is the first garage that many foreign visitors may use and as a local person I feel embarrassed and ashamed!!

The large notice outside have a price of £1.54.9p per litre - at the pump it said £1.55.9 p per litre. They apparently had forgotten to change the outside notice, which i found unacceptable as this is the price people see and make their decision to purchase on (not the very small indication on the pump) The manger would not relent and so i left without purchase and will not use this petrol station again!

The dirtiest restroom I've ever seen. It is a shame knowing that they are practicing those extremely high prices for everything and they are offering such a bad service.

Stopped to use tyre air machine due to warning light in car. Card-enabled but would not let me proceed, kept showing 'wait' message so had to leave and go elsewhere
