Went in today looking for a halogen light bulb that is no longer manufactured. The team were fantastic and suggested a possible alternative. This was in stock and I'm delighted that it works perfectly. This is not the first time I've had a service from the Dover store that goes way beyond normal standards. Thanks all.

We went in to make a collection and get a refund and the employee called Ben helped us with with the refund and he was very good and fast . we went to collect some bits what we ordered and we accidentally ordered to another store but ben sorted it all out within 5mins and then we was on are way again thank you Ben much appreciated

I like it for the fact you can order online and collect on the same day or within an hr on some occasions. Small store but if you do the click and collect system you?re just walking in and collecting the item that you have purchased. Pretty quick and easy. I?ve always encountered friendly staff too.

No pens or paper to write down what you want like they used to have. Staff were extremely unprofessional, swwring and shouting at each other with customers in the shop. I found it very difficult to find what I wanted on the tablet.

Great place first choice for me and good stocks and prices! Staff are really professional and very helpful.Parking can be an issue at busy times, however never been a real problem, as turnround on spaces is good.

This store helped me any my wife immensely. We're on holiday from Canada, and her mobility aid was damaged during the flight. I needed a bolt to make a repair so she could use her walker. The manager here was able to find what I needed and I was able to repair my wife's walker. And the price was more than reasonable. Thank you so much for you help!

Good service but they only had click and collect available and their system does not allow for foreign (US) registration! I couldn't buy anything.
