Went in today looking for a halogen light bulb that is no longer manufactured. The team were fantastic and suggested a possible alternative. This was in stock and I'm delighted that it works perfectly. This is not the first time I've had a service from the Dover store that goes way beyond normal standards. Thanks all.

We went in to make a collection and get a refund and the employee called Ben helped us with with the refund and he was very good and fast . we went to collect some bits what we ordered and we accidentally ordered to another store but ben sorted it all out within 5mins and then we was on are way again thank you Ben much... read full comment
