Good for catching early morning ferry

Rooms are nice and quiet, breakfast up to standard but terrible fish supper. Oil smelled bit old, and I was unlucky to send back fish as crust seemed to be uncooked.

Unfortunately, dinner and breakfast options were limited due to food warehouse problems. Premier Inn should have done more to overcome this situation. Also, found the restaurant area rather cold and dark.
Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurants, shops in walking distance.

Usually at a good price, handy for an early ferry crossing as it's in the port of Dover. They now charge you around £3 to park your car overnight in the carpark

Good location for the port, hotel is dated. Area is a little run down looking. But the hustle and bustle of the port is great to see at night all lit up. Staff are friendly.

Fab stay over for our RHCP gig at Booking Hall. Lovely brekkie and friendly staff. Ideal for the ferries I bet.
Rooms: Comfy and spacious
Walkability: Right on seafront. Nice walks to beach possible.

Booked me in for the wrong room and didn't communicate this at all. Very slow check in queues going out the door. Self check in never seen working, waste of electricity just sat there.
Did not sleep well at all and overall was a poor experience. Only positive comment I could make is that the room was at least clean.
Will not be using again as this is a stopping point for long European trips where a good nights rest is essential for safe driving.

Excellent for ferry in the morning. The restaurant closed early so we had to go out to eat

Horrible stay at this premier Inn. Only good point is the location very convenient if you're getting the ferry.
Now for the disappointing aspects of the hotel
- self check in didn't work on arrival, had to join a long queue with only 1 person serving. They had a bad attitude and clearly didn't want to be there. (Short guy with brown hair in a quiff/Comb over)
- the room is basic and small I guess what you pay for. However the bathroom has a disgusting raw sewage smell constantly and the shower head was rusty and grimy. Felt more dirty leaving the bathroom than I did going in.
- rude waiting staff in particular the female with short dark hair. Very condescending and made everything seem like it was a problem. In the end we left and walked over to the retail park and ate there. Much better choices of food, friendly staff worth the 5 minute walk.
- very slow WiFi unless you pay £5 to 'upgrade'
- Rock hard bed and pillows impossible to get comfortable and have a decent night sleep. For a hotel that prides itself on the bed and sleeping comfortably they have really missed the mark.
- tv only had a few working channels and again WiFi too slow to watch anything on your phone unless you paid extra.
Overall a very disappointing stay made worse by the rude staff, rock bed and disgusting bathroom. Avoid and try the travelodge at the retail park instead.
Room 138.

Fantastic service, we left my daughters teddy in the room, we contacted the hotel staff found it, and they posted it straight back to us. My daughter was very happy,
Noteworthy details: Ask for a sea view room if possible

Been to a Premier hotel before. A good hotel with friendly service and good food.
Rooms: Rooms are fine.
Food and drinks: The food is very good, not really a big choice, but what you take is good. Only the service in the restaurant was not that good, the starter and main course came to your table in one go and when asked why, the answer was, sorry, incorrectly passed on, but the ladies were too busy to talk to each other while the food also arrived. Don't ask anyone if you wanted something to drink, they didn't have time for that.
The service at breakfast was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay if you want to get an early ferry?
