Perfect stay for pre ferry/eurotunnel.
Quick checking, quiet clean room loads of plugs, nice shower, free secure parking, good looking food, and really good value.
Cant recommend highly enough.

Nice, quiet, and pleasant place
Close to tourist attractions. Wonderful!

No steady internet despite being next to reception. Room was noisy in so many ways so not a good night?s sleep. Otherwise, bed good, bathroom good.
Rooms: The usual good decor and cleanliness for Premier Inn. Room was not insulated for sound, so disappointing to be exposed to all climbing the stairs, opening the door to reception and a busy road. Good bathroom.

Ideal location for either the ferry port or channel tunnel.
Rooms were as you would expect from a premier inn, no problems.
We arrived at about 7pm and were immediately told the restaurant was fully booked so finding food as a family was a problem. The receptionist recommended just eat, which we used in the end.
The vending machine wasn?t well stocked and the lady on reception wouldn?t re stock or sell us any water.
Summary, hotel fine but service lacking. If you want food or water go somewhere else.

After reading the mixed reviews was having doubt's about this hotel. So glad we stayed, it was very clean and tidy and still had the bath in which I like instead of a shower. Couldn't fault it. Staff friendly and the Beefeater restaurant next door was excellent. Enjoyed our four day's stay immensely. Good place to explore Dover Castle and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend

It?s always been our favorite hotel here. But as with everything else it?s all gone downhill. The restaurant next door has always been inviting but this time not enough food left on the menu and bad service so all in all we may not stop off here again.
Rooms: Ok usual premier inn standard. The hallways were very grubby.
Nearby activities: None
Safety: Ok
Walkability: ?
Food and drinks: All very poor
Noteworthy details: None

Dated building, staff in the hotel pleasant and helpful. The restaurant on the evening a totally different story. Stressed, overbooked, understaffed in the kitchen, management totally clueless on customer service, felt so sorry for the waiting staff who did their very best. When the food came it was fine , so why such management stress. Breakfast was also good. However, place is dated and needs total refurb.
Rooms: Clean but basic and dated
Food and drinks: Overall not bad.

Perfect stop over if you want an overnight stay before getting the ferry to France. Staff were very helpful and room was very good value for the money.
