Booked 2 parcels with Yodel through Postage Supermarket 05 May 2023.\\n\\nParcels ceased moving a few days after shipping, queried on 12 May 2023 and was told they would look into it.\\n\\nAngela was very helpful to begin with although contradicting herself several times over the course of this issue. First I was told my 2 parcels were delivered despite no tracking update, signature or GPS.\\n\\nI explained my parcels hadn't been received by the recipients and asked to keep querying, I was then told Yodel has confirmed the parcels x2 had been returned back to Postage Supermarket NOT ME.\\n\\nPostage Supermarket said they hadn't but Yodel are adamant they have been delivered to them. So basically Yodel and Postage Supermarket are arguing about who has my parcels!\\n\\nMonths later \\\"Hutch\\\" replies after me being ignored for weeks, he oversees operations apparently (although Linkedin says he a Developer) again claiming they haven't got my parcels, told 16 days ago he had a call with Yodel that afternoon and would email me back that day with an update, SURPRISE HE DIDN'T and now no replies from him or Angela.\\n\\nPlease heed the many warnings on this site DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE this company! Absolutely disgraceful company and management team! Parcels were labelled correctly from us but Postagesupermarket sent parcels to wrong addresses and refuse to admit it .

I was very nervous having the read the reviews here, but needn?t have worried. The service was excellent and my large parcel to the US arrived quickly and safely. Angela in customer services was very helpful and efficient. Will use them again

I run a small business but ship over 200 items a month both within the UK and internationally. From my own experience, they have been absolutely brilliant. I've only needed to call them once, and that was because I'd accidently deleted a shipping label, but within 20 minutes, they had re sent it to me. I have this sometimes when there are delays, especially in the current climate, but they are not a 'Scam company' - that is just ignorant, please please bear in mind that small businesses are really up against it right now. My own business is and we sometimes have a bad review. It happens however I trust them completely with my orders, as they are a key part in my own distribution service. Best Wishes

I have never had an issue with this company, I always get replies to my emails and unlike many other brokers they have a phone number and you can actually speak to someone. I use postage supermarket for all my large parcels and international parcels.

They MUST change their return policy to be considered a valid option for posting parcels. Currently they will only accept returns up to 7 days after posting. Since most selling platforms allow buyers 30 days to dispute returns this leaves postage supermarket customers no way to claim for lost parcels for the vast majority of the buyers claim period.Please explore other options before ending up stuck with the cost of lost items. This company is not customer focused and it will be it's downfall.

AMAZING service! Have used PS twice now and even the second time when things weren't straight forward (thanks to the French postal service), PS sorted it all out for me and even resent my package on the same day!Customer service is second to none and I cannot praise them enough.What a find...would definitely recommend to anyone.
