absolutely superb service, arrived with an emergency after our cat was trapped in a snare, reception staff were calming and accomodating, she was quicly seen by an excellent vet and susequent visits have all been the same great service, highly recommend them

Treated our little dog with care and consideration, prices are reasonable and we felt comfortable in the good atmosphere, will definitely be using this vet (vets for pets) in future. Update :- had our little dog Peggy spayed and were very impressed with the operation, and the vet who performed it, I have never before seen such beautiful stitching, and Peggy has made a very fast recovery. We are extremely grateful.
Update, things have changed, now costs £55 for a consultation which seems to be compulsory, and a simple dew claw repair will set you back over £100. Prices have become outrageous, and the care seems to have evaporated. Such a shame and the sooner these vet consortiums are capped the better.

I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else.she goes from nasty evil fur ball to angelic calm and serene as soon as she sees the vet .he's definitely an animal whisperer.

I did get funny looks when I went in there due to having come straight from the stables. Which I thought was rude by the staff. Made me feel like very conscious!!

I visited on Friday 7th March at about 5 pm. A pleasant young woman at the cash desk was welcoming but could I find anyone to help me to buy some fish? No.
Two older staff engaged in a lengthy phone call with someone on speaker phone ignored me and just looked at me with distaste. I decided that to disturb them would be an ill advised act. I left the shop and killed some time. On returning the pleasant younger woman was now completely on her own. At length I asked her whether anyone could or indeed would help. She tried bless her but the ringing bell was ignored by her colleagues. Probably on a well earned tea break!
I left.
Two staff members were upstairs in the vet section doing nothing discernible.
How does this place survive?
The only person doing anything and on her own was the person at the cash desk so in no way is this a criticism of her

Absolutely diabolical treatment of birds. They may have sentenced our Bab to death. Lucky we have found a good vet who will hopefully be able to save her.
