Your broken cash machine stole my £20. Draw closed in the space of a second so I had no chance of getting the money. Faulty cashpoint and even less co-operative staff. Lying to my face(no cameras,no proof I used machine "apparently ")with no care for my missing (stolen as far as I'm concerned)money. You knew I was truthful...
