When using the drive through, I?m almost always asked to park up as the order isn?t ready. This causes chaos as there?s nowhere near enough parking. People are blocking others in and it causes arguments and near accidents. A lot of the time the staff have got my order wrong or something is missing. The food is nice though and I?ve not had a problem with the taste/quality.

As good as any McDonald's regarding the food, and the staff are nice, but I wouldn't eat in as there's very rarely an available parking space and when you're sat down it's either really cold in the winter, or the sun is blinding you in the summer.

This is one of the busiest McDonald?s as it is situated on the A2 main trunk road into Dover. The drive thru is very slow because of how busy it is.
Parking: Very busy here and extremely hard to find spaces.

Over my last 5 orders they have made some kind of mistake every time, giving wrong dips, making burgers wrong, forgetting items, inaccurate amount of certain things, staff being unwilling to help and blaming missing items on who delivered it overall the workers are incompetent and almost never got an order right
