Got my nails done here and they cut my finger on the file and didn?t even acknowledge it or apologise, acrylic was applied thick, chunky, was shoddy and rushed. It was pretty cheap though, so you get what you pay for I guess. Will NOT be returning advise you do NOT go here !!

Would give 0 stars if I could, awful customer service, the workers were so rude. Left with wonky nails, a design I didn?t ask for and on top of that had not given me the right amount of change so now I am short £10 with poor quality nails.

I had a gel manicure with a metallic effect. Whilst they initially looked nice, within the week 4 of my gels have started to peel off! Looking closer, the tips hadn't been painted/sealed and some of the gels are really thin. £35 is a lot to pay for barely a week's enjoyment! ?

As always great service. Happy, friendly helpful staff. My daughter and myself had our nails done for our holiday, neon sns nails. They look fab. We are so happy with them. For us its the best nail salon in Dover. Thanks again, very happy ladies. X

The atmosphere in lush nails is friendly and welcoming. The girls in their chat to their customers and remember personal details about their regular customers. I recently visited for BIAB but unfortunately my nail base isn?t suitable for gel polish. I messaged lush nails on Facebook messenger who were very responsive they then re-done my nails for me using SNS. Very happy with my experience for both visits.

I have been coming to lush nails ever since they opened. They are a lovely family run business who do their very best for what you ask for. I not only have my nails done every month here but I also have my lashes done . I always secure an appt instead of walk in. The staff are efficient and the salon is clean. I also bring a friend of mine along who has a terminal illness and they are very good at accommodating her needs and are very patient with her and the sudden movements. Not a bad word to say

Worse nail salon in Dover. Myself and my friend visited this salon for a simple set of white tip acrylics. This I believe should of cost £23 each yet we were charged £42 each. We queried this and was told this was the correct amount as we had the tips painted on. (We did not ask for our nails to be done this way). Also white tip paint was left over parts of my fingers and hands and my friend was nipped with the clippers. Will Never visit lush nails again

Best nail salon in Dover in my opinion. When I first went their I had 4 broken nails right to the meat and they were super gentle.Every time I go great service, time efficient but not rushed I usually get nail art as well and it always looks great!?
