Cam and his team fitted us in after an emergency. Discovering we had two defective tyres at the rear of our vehicle, whilst waiting to board a ferry from Calais. I booked in online, our ferry docked at 11:40. The tyres were changed and we were back on the road by 12:50. Thorough check up completed. Polite and honest service. Would highly recommend.

Phoned them 2 days before my appointment to inform them I would not be able to attend my MOT due to a family tragedy. After spending time talking with them they said they would phone me back when their system was fixed and allowed them to refund me. Then they phoned back to say they would not refund me.

Called In at 5:45 on fri evening needing a tyre change. The staff were very helpful and informative. The change was done straight away, even though this meant they worked after the garage was due to close at 6pm.

Today we went for the MOT, we had a problem with the rear fog lights and the whole team, and specially Andy, went above and beyond to solve our problem as soon as they could as we were on a planned trip but had to sort the MOT before we can continue.
Thank you Andy for your help, patiente and explanations, you gained a costumer!!
They sorted the problem, passed the MOT with honesty and fair prices!

Great customer service!!
I called in today for an aircon re-gas and they gave me an appointment strait away. Reagan (Reggie) was great explaining the process! Whilst the aircon machine was doing it's thing, Reagan checked my van and told me what things will need a bit of attention. He had a look at my break fluid and as it was a bit low, he topped it up at no extra cost. All staff were very friendly and professional. 100% recommended Reagan and Kwik fit Dover! ?

Needed my exhaust for Peugeot 107 re-pasted. Rang up and asked how much, chap said bring it down and done it with if 10 mins and no charge. Legend. Great service from Dover Quick Fit.

Best service ever! We had just arrived from Germany by ferry when we noticed a tear in one tyre. Unsure if we could drive any further we asked if somebody could check the tyre. We only had to wait until there was space on a car lift and then three car mechanics checked all four tyres really thoroughly. As we wanted to drive all the way to Cornwall that was so helpful and a true blessing. They did not charge us and we are still very grateful. Absolut recommendation for Kwik Fit Dover!

Had my car MOT done, very efficient, it didn't take too long, I went into Aldi while it was in there, and they called when it was ready. Staff were all courteous.
