Cam and his team fitted us in after an emergency. Discovering we had two defective tyres at the rear of our vehicle, whilst waiting to board a ferry from Calais. Phoned them 2 days before my appointment to inform them I would not be able to attend my MOT due to a family tragedy. After spending time talking with them they said they would phone me back when their system was fixed and allowed them to refund me. Then they phoned back to say they would not refund me.
