Every time I come in in the morning there will be 2-3 people working? one on till another 1-2 floating the que is building up and no one jumps on another till and the one that is on till is slow as hell?if a customer has bought a hot drink assigning it to one of the floaters to make and keep serving people 5mins per customer turn around is shocking

Abosolute waste of a branch. sick and tired of traviling to this branch at gone 7.20 am ish only to find them not open. clearly u cant hire compitant staff. how can a company so large think that this is acceptable. about time this was corrected! ABOSLUTE

So inconsistent with their opening. Says 6am. It's 6:22am on a Friday at the time of this review and they're closed.

To head office yet again I've gone here and yet again they are closed, it's a reoccurring thing at this branch. Last week we were told they won't be opening till 7am for the rest of the week and again today at 6.45am still not open. If you have changed your opening times fine, change it on the door and online.

To Management I think you should go to the store and have a look what?s happening as I think the staff can?t run the Shop as every morning I have gone done there after 6 am to grab a coffee before work and every time been turned away as they have said that they are not ready to open yet - This will make you lose customers as people are driving down there to get food or coffee at 6.15am and they get told that they are still not open when the opening time states 6am

Having travelled from London for the day to go to the castle, I thought I'd pop into greggs for lunch which Having just arrived in the area just after 10am, they had hardly nothing. It's worse than my local in Hertfordshire. I'd totally give this a miss. There are plenty of other places to grab lunch

Terrible shop literally in the mornings there's nothing part from sausage rolls. The staff are Terrible slow and falling to sleep as you talk to them lines of people going out the shop because of slowness by staff. People leve the lines and go somewhere else. When you actually have food it's Terrible anyways I wish my bloody kids would stop asking to go there its junk when the junk is available witch is mot often unless you like sausage rolls
