We have 2 new phones (Pixel 6) from them my wifes was set up and was fine, i had a problem with mine, I took it back in the morning which they had to keep to sort it which in the end they did. They went out of there way to sort it out, they are a credit to EE. hope they liked the ice cream.

You can't get though on the phone to them, even O2 can't get hold of them. When I went in to ask why they don't answer the phone the explanation was that there phone line and broadband was down and had been for a while. No communication available with a communication service. Easy to solve but no one could be bothered.

Sorry not overly impressed the other day . Long wait then brought out galaxy tablets when I only use apple products. When asked about apple prices far more expensive than online and felt like couldn?t be bothered. Advised that if I did want an iPad I would have to wait weeks. Funnily enough phoned online customer service and was delivered a new one the following day . Place seems to have gone downhill with the loss of Jordan
