Took my Mercedes to get inside and out car was returned with paint missing on my bonnet. Looks like they have jet washed my car far to close. Rang to let them know, Only thing offered was a polish and there not sorting it. I use this place regularly as in every week! so to be told there not responsible is a joke.

I recently visited Dover Hand Car Wash for a car wash, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. They did an exceptional job cleaning my car, paying attention to every detail. They provided an excellent service, and I highly recommend them for a top-notch car wash experience!

Beat car wash around. I travel over 10miles to get my car washed by these guys! They do a really good job. Attention to detail with good manors. I would highly recommend

I have a 3-door Mini Cooper but they charged me for a Medium Sized car which is £25. They didn't clean the tires and didn't wash all the product off which left white marks on the bonnet and boot of my car. They also left dirt on the interior of my car. I'll never go here again because it really annoyed me as my car wasnt very dirty to begin with so the fact that there was still dirt remaining showed me that they didnt bother to clean it properly at all. Too expensive for what it is, as I'd expect them to wash my car with more care for £25. Calling a Mini Cooper a Medium Sized car is hilarious too. I did tell them I wasn't happy with the dirt on the tyres. Only noticed the white drip marks after getting home.

Expensive...£13 quid to wash and dry a Toyota Yaris and leave streaks on it and dirt on the boot shut and some of the plastics....The same wash is £7 anywhere in Manchester and every single one of them leave the car looking new..Also witnessed one of this lot smoking and interior valeting someone's car at the same time...Jokers at best
