Cleanliness standards slipping as changing rooms & showers not being properly cleaned.
Also parking a problem when gala?s etc being held - wish they would prioritise members over Ad hoc events.

Sauna and steam room closed again this weekend due to a swimming gala, there?s not even anyone using the pool right now. Please can you consider putting a barrier between the pool and the sauna to allow members access via changing room door while the galas are on? I love coming here, great facilities and friendly staff.

Booked a badminton court a few weeks running but we will have to now stop going until winter as it's unbearably hot in the sports hall and it's only April so I imagine it will get a lot worse.

Lane swimmers don't waste your money here! Lots of swimmers packed into narrow lanes all swimming at different speeds. Randomly close lanes for swimming lessons and squash remaining people into other lanes. Bad news if you are a 60 length or more swimmer. Not enough single use showers. Only good thing is the water pressure ... once you've waited 10 or 15 minutes to actually get into the shower, of course.

I been there, last year the shower was affordable and no big issues when paying 2 pounds in cash. Today I was there , the shower 6 pound because you can not exclude the swimming pool , and no cash, only card payable.
It's ridiculous to exclude people from the facilities in that way, because we don't or we even can't paying with cards.
All in one ,prices to high, especially for bigger families .
To bring this leisure center back to everyone
- please make it available for all, - not only for those paying with cards. More sensible prices would contribute to a better comunety.
