As in some other recent reviews it was awful delivery. We wrote down hotel name and waited at reception, near to the hotel door for an hour after driver started delivery (1.5 hours total instead of 20-30min promised). No refund, nothing. Just cold pizza.

Ordered pizza to be delivered for four people. We are regular customers and this time Dominos failed totally to deliver a positive customer experience.
We waited for over an hour and when it appeared that the order was 4 minutes away from delivery, the driver appeared to be going away from our house. We called to enquire what was happening?
We were told that we would be called back and waited a further 20 miniutes to be told that our order could not be delivered. No reason was given but we were given 3 options. Order another day and not have to pay. (We had already paid, so were being offered no compensation there) alternatively, we could order fresh pizzas but could be waiting a further hour or more. It was already 8pm! Lastly, we could have a refund.
We said that if they could bake us fresh pizza, we would collect it. Dominos agreed and said it would be 20 minutes to cook.
When i collected the pizza, I asked if it was a fresh order and was assured that it had just been cooked. Sorry to state that this was a lie! Our order was clearly the one that had been prepared an hour and a half earlier.
We will seriously consider whether to use Dominos again. It is not an inexpensive takeaway and we always generously tip the drivers. We understand that thngs sometimes go wrong. However, if a company has no respect for its customers and lies to them, you have to wonder why you would continue to give them your hard earned money. There are alternatives, after all.

I purched two pizzas one ham and onion and the other chicken and peparami bbq base from domino?s in Dover I have ate from other dominos and never had a problem on Friday the 18th of October 2024 I ate the bbq base with the chicken and pepperoni after I ate the pizza I had really bad symptoms of food poisoning I was being sick bad cramming and bad diareah I was on the toilet every 20 minutes I couldn?t eat anything or drink anything I had to call 111 because I was pooing blood where I was pooing that much it was coming out as blood I can show proof and I can also show proof of my purchased I think I deserve my 15.98 pence back I am disgusted I am put of dominos for life although I loved it I am righting a email to dominos the man who answered the phone was a lovely gentleman but the food wasnt good my traditional Friday night takeaway was rewind I had to take imodium tablets to get it under control I?ve had it since Friday and now only starting to feel better

Always arrives in good time, everything tastes great, and the deliverers are always friendly and polite.
Vegetarian options: (This is from the app, as I always order deliveries.)
You can either choose their vegetarian pizzas from the menu or build your own! There are also a few vegetarian sides, but there's only one vegetarian wrap.
