Popped in before a hospital appointment sitting near the door I was amazed at staff who not only knew peoples names but their orders they opened doors for customers in wheelchairs and helped elderly get settled They were not only good at their jobs but were so happy serving and helping people, will definitely use this cafe again. Just refreshing to see a place run in such a positive way oh and lovely coffee .

Here it was possible to get a great coffee and some lovely sandwiches. It was only a little breezy since the outlet of the a/c was everywhere.

A very warm welcome from the staff. Interesting value for money and very good products. A strategic place for a bathroom break! I recommend it.

Don't normally go here but I was getting an "too good to go" bag staff were friendly, there were plenty of seats at the time of my visit.

Great service and coffee. Only one thing, they only have one member of staff 8.30 to 9 at weekends so sometimes a queue.

I visited Costa today based in dover in the main town, with my friends to have a nice relaxed Costa however, was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by one of the staff members. I believe her name was Daisy. When she asked me and my friends what we would like to drink she was very impolite and didn?t show good customer service or come across welcoming. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of service We was giving.

I?ll always endeavour to return to this particular costa, down to the fact that the people that work here are absolute stars. They consistently make my order to the exact same standard every time I order it, and it always comes with a smile. Talking to me while I wait for my coffee always makes me happier. Not only this but the whole store looks spotless every time I go in, and I never have a problem when asking for help or assistance. I would try to give these guys 6/5 but I?d have to break TripAdvisor to do that, and I don?t want people to miss on the opportunity to see this review.
