Staff are so friendly! Not a fan of needing to pay for something to use the bathroom but that's nothing against this particular store, just the chain.

I decided to have my first Chai Latte this morning.
I am a died in the wool latte drinker, and was reluctant to change.
I asked the staff to read the ingredients to me and boy was I surprised the Chai latte tasted like Christmas.
I loved it and I?ll be coming back for more.
I had to have a ham and cheese toastie to go with it theirs are the best in the world.
The COSTA staff no matter where I go around the world are very friendly and lovely and helpful.
