Amazing shakshuka cooked by a great Algerian chef. Spice mix is so good and the bread a great mix of flaky and chewy.
Definitely try it if you're in Dover.

Don't miss out on visiting this brilliant cafe, with its wonderful atmosphere and the most attentive service by the lovely people who own it! The food is AMAZING, with so much care and attention put into it and clearly made with love. The peri-peri chicken penne was, without any exaggeration, the BEST pasta dish I have ever had. My husband had the merguez baguette, which he absolutely loved. If only we lived in Dover, we would be regulars at this place. Food that feeds the soul. You'll be so glad you went! ??

Service was good, they were patient with our confusing orders as we went in bigger group?
Tried the avocado sourdough and latte
Both were really good.
Menu has quite a lot of items to try

We were out unusually early for us, so had a rare opportunity to breakfast at Mélange. Nothing but praise for the food and the service.
Really looking forward to booking the Paella and maybe the Lamb shanks one day soon.
