No sign of staff so had to wait ages to be seated, we both had pies, my friend had 3 pieces of meat in her steak pie, I had chicken which was a better option, couldn't work out if the peas were frozen or tinned, either way they were pretty inedible. The decor was very tired, shabby chairs etc, it just had a grubby feel to the place

Nice experience, everyone was very friendly and kind. The starters are not the best deal, rather small for the price. The fish and chips was actually lovely and the kids brownie was great, for only £1.25 more on the kids meal.
Parking: There is a fast electric charger right next door so you can charge while you eat.
Kid-friendliness: Everyone was very patient and kind to our kids.

Very disappointed, took mum for lunch (95th birthday meal) fish was still frozen inside! Plates were whipped away,as soon as finished!

Not a good experience. Eggs and sausages were beyond raw with the mixed grill, onion rings cooked in old oil it was inedible. customer service poor but that's a given for brewers, won't be returning again.

Lots of menu items not available and no discounts or alternatives offered which is sad as its usually very good. But still good for the kids who are obsessed with the refillable machine

Would give a zero if I could, the 1 star is for the young man with the beard and the young manager on duty, they were really nice in difficult circumstances but that?s the only plus.
Travelled many hours to stay in hotel, was given a very limited menu when we arrived and as it was quite late we had a look and decided we could eat something from there.
After ordering something from a choice of 6 options we were told that was now not available.
While I appreciate things were beyond their control with food deliveries, the 2 staff mentioned above being so nice, the main reason I decided to leave a review is due to the older lady being so rude.
Not only did she make us feel like an inconvenience when we arrived, she decided to also be rude when we were talking to the 2 nice staff and when we were leaving we could also hear us insulting us to the chef in the kitchen!
Safe to say we did not stay and eat and found somewhere that we felt welcome

Booked for family breakfast, disappointed in service, asked for fried eggs told not yet they are being cooked, no sausages. When asked where to pay told not here over at the till.
Listened to staff moaning about other staff all in all miserable experience.
