No sign of staff so had to wait ages to be seated, we both had pies, my friend had 3 pieces of meat in her steak pie, I had chicken which was a better option, couldn't work out if the peas were frozen or tinned, either way they were pretty inedible. Nice experience, everyone was very friendly and kind. The starters are not the best deal, rather small for the price. The fish and chips was actually lovely and the kids brownie was great, for only £1.25 more on the kids meal.

Not a huge menu for vegetarianists, but OK, nice range of beers.
