Went into store in Dover today, got to till clearly a price mistake so I queried it, they sent a member of staff over ,who when walking of had an attitude towards me, this very quickly exculated in an altercation between the two of us and nearly ended up in a full on row and even worse , the customer service from this member of staff was absolutely unbelievable,and hopefully the head boss will give him some more training

Had a great shopping experience this week. Excellent customer service from several staff, but especially Anne-Marie in the paint department. She was so helpful in matching a paint colour (which is a perfect match!), answered all of our questions, and was super efficient. No queues, quick check out and a well organised store. Fantastic!
