Terrible customer service, I feel bad with the customer support, in Dover argos (15/08/2024)when I ask one of the male staff to help me to pay the amount of the product he said our policy is changed they no longer need to help customers. I don't know what they mean?

Great place to buy, very helpful staff, great BBQ purchased for £45.00 amazing value, came with tools and a cover and wheels on front for easy movement. Very pleased.

Brilliant staff, friendly and a good all round knowledge. My dog suffers from terrible separation anxiety, so I tie her up run in and pay then run out again as she starts screaming...the staff are so cool and kind, they see whats going on and pop out with my item. Cant fault this shop!

I use the Argos store in Dover about 4/5 times a year and the staff have always been very polite, respectful, helpful and friendly. In almost 15yrs NEVER at any time have I been given a item that's been opened and/or tampered with nor have I been given another persons returned and/or damaged item.

I ordered a sound bar and was upset because the one that I collected was opened, I did not checked it when I collected it to their store because I was carrying a lot of stuffs from shopping and I am expecting it will be not tampered. Apparently it was opened, even the plastics inside were ripped off, its a sign that somebody already had it and they might returned it and they gave it to me. Very dissapointed.

Checked Amazon for my product and it would have arrived the next day, checked the argos website and it would be at my local branch for 9am the next day. I thought that's good, as the only reason to keep things on the high street is if the high street stores can do things better than Internet stores and they have done that here. 9am comes and I get a call saying sorry your product didn't come in with the order, its been cancelled and you've been refunded.Lesson learnt. Always stick with amazon.
