I was collecting tokens that suppose to give me a free car wash . When I was getting new voucher staff member ask me where are the receipts from previous visits, when I told him I already filled them for my accountant ( since I am self employed) , he said he won?t put a stamp on my voucher card . I won?t be coming back here anymore ?.. scam alert and despicable customer care. Shame on you Esso?..

Awful customer service. A Pakistani member of staff, with a beard done me out of a £30/lottery win. Currently complaining to the lottery office for dishonest practices - avoid this place
