Had marmite and cheese panini cheese hadn't melted properly, and it needed to be cooked longer . The store wasn't very clean it was first thing in the morning they had only just opened !!!

I am glad there is a Starbucks in Deal. However... I came in at 4pm and they had already started putting up chairs -- an hour before closing! This made it impossible for anyone else coming in to sit down, and also makes a very uncomfortable feel for anyone who is already there. It feels like they are encouraging you to leave in a not very subtle manner. Then someone went around spraying cleaner into the air while cleaning tables. Someone was spraying the cleaning chemicals right next to me. Not good at all. Many people are alergic to this stuff. Isn't the proper way to do this to spray it on the cloth and then wipe the table with the cloth? Also, a minor point perhaps, but they shut the place at 5pm when the official closing time is listed as 5:30 pm on the Starbucks website. I may be wrong about this but I had the general impression that some members of staff don't have much of a friendly attitude and probably don't enjoy working there. Could you please hire staff who actually enjoy the job and have a friendly attitude? I really hope that some of these issues get addressed.

Not happy right now tried ordering on the Starbucks app and wasted 5 pounds on a drink I?m not even gonna get cause it was ordered as pickup not delivery plus the phone number does not seem to be working at the deal

Always wonderful customer service in this lovely place. Food and drinks are always exactly how they should be. A nice clean and tidy coffee shop. Well done to all that work there.

Judging by the amount of fingerprints on the glass doors of this property it looked not to have ben cleaned for weeks. The interior door mat was clogged with leaves and bird fluff and a medium sized dog was seated on the leather padded seats at the entrance. We surveyed the scene and quickly escaped.

I love Starbucks. Service could be a bit quicker, but that will not stop me from going there.

The place is superbly located in the pedestrian street opposite another café with a shaded terrace.
The staff is welcoming and pleasant and very fast in the service.
Products are fresh and the coffee is good. Very clean and pet friendly!
The prices are correct depending on what you take of course!
