Excellent service. Phoned as was experiencing very large floaters and loss of vision. Did a OCT scan and a referral was made to the Eye Hospital as an urgent case. As a suspected Retinal detachment. I was seen next day.

They had an appointment available on Sunday which I couldn't book online for my baby as error kept appearing due to her age. Tried phoning them and after 20 minutes of being continuously told I am first in queue no one answered. Booked elsewhere.

Took too much time and waiting area was compact and crowded with people having cold. Given wrongly prescribed glasses.

I?ve looked at reviews below and see a few negative comments I can only say that was not my experience, apart from a wait as they were extremely busy the examination and advice was very professional and staff all very friendly. I will return soon for my usual eye test and wouldn?t go anywhere else in Deal.

My new verifocus glasses do not provide the vision hoped for. Have been back, the lovely assistant spent ages checking every possible measurement to be told I would need a second pair of glasses to work at the computer! Defeats the purpose of buying verifocus glasses!
