Absolutely shocking service ? was told that I couldn?t self refer myself for pharmacy first even though I met the criteria ? but I?ve gone to Balmoral and they have dealt with this straight away because I meet the criteria. Very patronising member of staff. Won?t be returning.

My repeat prescriptions have rarely been ready on time. Last time they had it from the GP for over a day and it still wasn't ready when I asked for it. They were also very rude to my daughter today virtually calling her a liar. Not a very good example of customer service.

3 Pack of Frontline £19.96 at this pharmacy, other retailers sell same product for less than £11 and presumeably still make a reasonable profit. Could not recommend buying it here - looks like gross profiteering.
