I think that this pharmacy is very good friendly staff no long waits unlike some other pharmacy

I have been using paydens St Richards Road for years. ELLEN. CATHERINE. WENDY .ETC have always been amazing polite and helpful.

Absolutely shocking service … was told that I couldn’t self refer myself for pharmacy first even though I met the criteria … but I’ve gone to Balmoral and they have dealt with this straight away because I meet the criteria. Very patronising member of staff. Won’t be returning.
