I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. Despite having booked an MOT test almost two months in advance, I was shocked to find out on the day of the appointment that it had been cancelled without any notice. This left me in a very unpleasant situation, 200 miles away from home, without an MOT and unable to pay the road tax. I would NOT recommend their services.

Friendly, welcoming and genuine staff. Helpful, knowledgeable and swift service. This, solely, for Deal Kwik Fit as, I cannot speak for all locations.
Nice to see Kwik Fit's reputation restored, compared to some time ago when there was worry of upselling unnessarccerily or, work not carried out but still charged for.

I was booked for 2:30pm and arrived at 2:35am. A tattooed guy said it's late. Luckily, Kwik-Fit Ramsgate found me a spot at 4pm. When I got there, they told me that usually up to 15 minutes is no problem.

I am never disappointed when I take my car to kwik-Fit Deal, the staff are always so kind and helpful and take the time to explain in detail any work that needs to be done on my car. Just recently had my MOT done by them and although it needed work done to get it through I was pleasantly surprised at the cost considering my car is 18 years old. I got them some cream eggs as an extra thank you ?

Had a problem with my brakes that came on suddenly and took it in to the Deal Branch. The guys were great very friendly and helpful and had a look at the problem for me and fitted me in the same day to sort which was much appreciated as I was going away the next day. Very happy with service and would definitely use again.
