Extremely Disappointing Experience at Halifax Bank in Deal, Kent
We were on holiday in Deal, Kent, and arrived on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the ATM of our usual bank was out of service, so we had no choice but to use the Halifax Bank ATM to withdraw £600 using our credit card.
went into this bank to sort out something that didn’t go into my account and had the nicest lady help me out called Angela she was really helpful and very understanding and was very sweet and was able to help me with my problem very efficiently.

Local branch of this major national bank, one of the few remaining on the high street. Reduced hours and no Saturdays since COVID , but excellent service from the staff who really understand the local older population.
