Poor customer service, rude cashiers and unhelpful staff. If you decide to pop around on Sunday morning to make a return. The first 30 minutes after store opening are for BROWSING ONLY! Shocking!Wouldn?t recommend this Zara store.

I came into the store today and was helped out by liv. She went above and beyond expectations and gave me some of the best customer service I?ve received while being in England. Zara should be extremely happy having someone like her working for them.

Crowded, and filled with eastern Europeans. Hard to hear a single English voice in a shop filled with people. I'm here with my partner, who likes shopping in Zara UK. I rate it a 1 because there aren't enough staff manning the tills, so there's a 30 minute queue to pay, which is really unacceptable. Also, there's nowhere to sit while waiting. Additionally, one member of staff (see photos) was so rude, like REALLY rude, as a result of which, Zara has lost a customer for life; I have no intention of ever shopping in Zara again, ever.

The worse customer service I have ever encountered! Practically impossible to contact them. The online chat doesn?t allow you to respond. Missing item from online delivery still not arrived after 4 weeks, but they have taken the money.

How slow can the employers get i?ve been waiting in queue for more than 30mins to return an item should not take this long on top of that they?re taking their time doing everything and talking laughing have not experienced such slow queue awful experience overall

Don't like Zara. Staff are simply rude, clearly don't like their job, and it's clear. Clothes seem to be popular with my family though. Shame about the staff.

Unbelievably rude staff. The tall European staff member who is one of the managers verbally abused me. Was also taking about me to another staff member. Queues were horrific. I paid 3 separate times and was in line for an hour all in all. Another staff member told me to hurry up as she needed to leave for break when I was paying. Just disgusting.
