AJ was an attentive and pleasant server.
The kids liked their table and the set up, especially the cards that explain what is on the conveyor belt. They hadn?t seen that at other branches. Extra point would have been a reminder if we have a loyalty card to scan ?

Came for a quick bite to eat, got shuffled to the back of the half empty restaurant, right by the server hatch, which I hope wasn?t because my wife is in a wheelchair but given that they then ignored us for 15 minutes and stuck the redundant chair in front of the disabled toilet so she couldn?t actually get into it alone, maybe not. Our order was eventually taken and when it came, the food was good (albeit one item was wrong). The server brought over an unwanted duplicate of something we?d ordered. When this was pointed out, he just told us to keep it. Generous at most restaurants but at Yo Sushi, they count your dishes at the end. I couldn?t tell if he had wiped it off our bill as we weren?t given a copy to see nor could we see the electronic copy he had. He may have given himself a generous tip for all I know but it was nearly £50 for five small plates and two drinks.
Comfortably my worst experience at a Yo Sushi, a chain that is normally very good.

Great food as always - love the service. The staff work really hard and are very welcoming. Extremely great group - especially AJ and Ben - brilliant service. Definitely returning.
