Staff are helpful however the prices on the shelf is not displayed correctly on the product. I ordered a board and had to come again to order the right one as they had the wrong label on display.

Spent 2 hours waiting, and speaking to wickes also santander about my online order that wouldn't authorise 6 attempts. I was transferred to santander fraud department who authorised payment all l had to do was return to wickes appt place order again it will authorise he said
Still didn't work.
Nathan manager at dartford branch was superb placed order through shop for delivery first time authorised. You can't beat face to face at shop online is useless. Keep shops open

Didn?t deliver everything in my order made a week ago. I have people waiting and they just said well we are sorry we can deliver it next week. Like I paid extra for weekend delivery and now I have to take a day off and they didn?t even refunded that extra paid, though it?s their mistake, well they didn?t ever apologise actually. The worst experience ever. ?.Horrible , avoid any all costs!!!!!
