Spoke to AJ over the phone today. Helpful, Friendly and easy to talk to. As someone enquiring from a company you can often be greeted rudely by estate agents, however AJ was the complete opposite! Great guy

Contacted Wards of Dartford about renting my flat as never done this before. Marina came round and went through everything. I agreed to go forward with them and the flat was let in 1 day. Had reason to call Marina in from Lettings department to seek advice.Having never let a property before I was unsure of the protocol of the whole system.Marina was absolutely tops!So full and thorough with advice andthe whys and wherefores.She covered absolutely everything.Marina is a very warm person and very approachable.
