We had a lovely dinner pre cinema trip with fabulous food, delivered quickly. The staff were friendly professional and on top of everything understanding we needed to get to our film. The restaurant was incredibly busy post Christmas but everything was seamless.

Dined in at Waga?s with friends and kids. Had my usual go to Steak Terriyaki Soba. By the time it arrived the others had almost finished their food. The steak was somewhat dry and over cooked and when I lifted it up all I could find was over cooked noodles stuck together like stodge. Where were the vegetables, where were the bean sprouts etc, nowhere to be seen. Just a plate of over cooked stodgy noodles without veg and dried over cooked steak slices. I had to send it back. Got another meal then arrived warm not hot and the rice was undercooked. Not a great experience. Not sure how they got my meal so wrong. No discount, nothing. Very poor! Ended up eating when everyone else had finished. Not enjoyable.

We have waited for our turn and asked if they accept a take away order. The lady took the order. We checked if we can sit at one of the tables while we wait for the order to which she said yes. However an other gentleman came and asked us to clear the table and stand outside. We mentioned that we checked with the lady but he insisted we step away from the table and wait outside the restaurant. Not that the table was given to anyone while we waited. Also it was odd not to have any seating while we wanted a quick take away. The take order came quite late after 35 mins. We tried checking in between but the staff were consistently ignorant. I am mazed at the impossible behavior of the staff and very hippocratic trying to save each other's back when I mentioned to the lady (Ali) who took my order in the first place about the rude attitude of the guy who asked us to stay outside the restaurant for the take away order.

I usually really enjoy Wagamamas food and have eaten there lots of times before. I hadn't been for a long while and actually came here for my Birthday meal with friends. Sadly the experience was ruined by our server who looked and spoke as though she'd rather be doing anything but talking to us. We felt really awkward and unwelcome. She also got an order wrong and tried to argue with us about it. The food was also kind of disappointing. Japanese pickles are totally different from last time, katsu was dripping in oil. Anyway, I think this experience has put me off coming back to wagamama again.

Greeted with smiles and requested to be seated in specific area which Milleur assisted in and even came over and checked we were ok at the end of our meal. Best service thank you Milleur x

By far the best Wagamama I have been to in a while, amazing service from Hollie and the team. Portion sizes were generous and the food came out promptly and was great quality.

It was really busy, and we were still served quickly and warmly by Jason :)) Our food came quickly and was delicious. Great place to eat.

My daughter and I had dinner here and had a great time. Very relaxed and the service from Leah was excellent. Very polite and there when you needed her. Was great with my daughter also.

Visit this restaurant regularly & it?s always great. Good service & great food. Love the new additions to the menu. Love the padrons but maybe char them a little more? All in the party has a great time. See you again soon.

Our waiter Ben was super cool, gave legendary recommendations. We really enjoyed the food and his service. It was my partner's first visit and we'll definitely be back. The pork ramen is so delicious!

We fancied popping out to get some dinner with the kids and thought we try Wagamama Bluewater. We got a table pretty quick. The kids were given colouring paper and pens straight away which is always great. The food was excellent, the service was excellent would definitely come back again.

Visited Wagamama today for daughter?s birthday - food was lovely as usual - the restaurant was very busy but our waitress Tianna was polite, positive and efficient - thank you!
