Came to get some tile adhesive. The the lady at the counter was very polite and helped with suggestions. I had already come out of the store after placing an online order, when another gent came out of the store to tell me the payment is through that I can collect the order now itself. He kindly loaded the bags to my car too. Super service.

We brought tiles etc from your Dartford branch and was served by Stu, he was so so so helpful nothing was to much trouble and helped us greatly with his knowledge and enthusiasm for the job!.
We were having them delivered and on the day i recieved a message from the couriers city sprint that they had been delivered which they hadn't so I called the branch and was professional helped by a stand in person as Stu was on holiday. He also was also very helpful to. Please pass on my thanks to both I worked in retail for 40 yrs and know that your not always guaranteed good service now in general these days. ??
